I'm the founder of Husky House - the first dog cafe in Barcelona. We open first in 2019 with our 4 huskies.
Since then we've come a long way and we grew a lot along with our dogs, we learnt from them, from people who visited us and we did a lot of research.
It became clear to us that de Siberian Husky is surrounded by a lot of misconceptions and myths.
That is why we converted ourselves into a center where you can learn about these magical dogs.
Our main goal is to destroy the myths surrounding the Husky breed. Explain how they really are, why they are the way they are and how you need to treat this breed for them to be a perfect companion.
Originally I am from Siberia, I grew up on a farm and all my life I was around different kinds of animals. About 10 years ago my family got out first 2 huskies and since then we have been in love with northern dogs. Right now in Siberia we have 16 malamutes and 2 huskies, we do sleds and canicross with them.
Since I moved to Barcelona I have a missed the dogs a lot. So eventually I decided to bring them here.
Why Huskies? They are amazing dogs, extremely friendly, they love to be with people, cuddles, and attetion. Those qualities make them perfect companions and we are a great them.
